 The project scope shall include a comprehensive assessment of the parking garage structure and associated site elements, along with the development of a repair program, including but not limited to the following:

• Review and rehabilitation of the existing waste bin enclosure/fence, taking into consideration the fire hydrants located behind the enclosure.
• Assessment of the existing gas detection system (NO₂/CO), including all associated exhaust fans, louvers, and related parking garage ventilation components.
• Concrete restoration work, including repairs to soffit columns, ledge beams, expansion joints, and other deteriorated structural elements identified during the assessment.
• Roof deck waterproofing repairs, including reinstatement of any asphalt surfaces affected by the repair work.
• Chloride ion testing in accordance with the recommendations outlined in the investigation report.
