SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION

The scope of this investigation included visual inspections of the laundry rooms and associated building services, including but not limited to:

General room condition

Flooring, walls, and ceilings

•

Lighting and electrical systems

•

Plumbing and drainage

•

Ventilation

•

Accessibility considerations

•

Life safety observations

•

Moisture or water damage observations

•

General code-related observations (visual only)

Storage bin will be placed onsite in several parking spots

Impacts: Noise, dust or odours, laundry room closure/delays, water shutdowns/utility interruptions
